I sent off an older Braun shaver for a battery replacement. Steve emailed to say it had arrived & batteries replaced & on test. A couple of days later he phoned to say it will be posted & a few tips to keep the battery in best condition. In less than a week the shaver had been sent, repaired & used. Marvellous service

First time using these guys, Came across them online purely by luck while searching shavers for a gift for my dad. Checked Trustpilot first and seen they had good reviews. And they were all right. My order arrived very quick even when ordering at Christmas. Well impressed. When I start shaving with a razor I will buy from these guys myself. ( now I just use my head shaver!) :-)

Bought a Double Edged butterfly razor from them last year, and contacted them to advise it was broken, and if I could purchase parts to fix. Without asking for it, they have offered to send a replacement razor free of charge, even going to the trouble of finding my account and address without asking me for it.

Top company and will definitely be recommending and using them again.

Now for the razor. First shave and I'm very impressed, great weight and super smooth finish. Looks fabulous. Very easy to change the blade too.
Like I've said before a good shaving cream makes all the difference. Also Shaving Shack do a great points award on purchases saving you pounds on your next buy and even better if you combine it with one of the discounts they offer.

I ordered a Scimitar Razor and it arrived the next day (post free) with some free shaving cream. The shave is brilliant with the cream. I have purchased a number of razors in the past but none have matched this. I also bought a cut throat at the same time but don't think there will be any need to try this now!!

Absolute joy to deal with. Ordered 3 times from Shaving Shack so far, delivery rm 2nd class longest took 3 days to arrive from order being placed. Products that I've bought are all high quality and free gifts always useful. As a new convert to double edge shaving, I actually look forward to the experience. I hadn't used Shaving Shack before and to be honest the item delivered wasn't the correct one, the response to my email was prompt and polite with the correct item being delivered as quickly as the post could get it there; this was excellent service and I will place another order as soon as I need anything as this is the sort of company I like to do business with.

A great company with top notch service. Used them for many years now and never had a problem with orders and their products are always excellent. Furthermore, they will also offer some honest and useful advice around the world of wet shaving if you need direction. Definitely recommend buying from them.

Ordered a travel shaving mirror from shaving Shack which came very quickly, but unfortunately it was not as the illustration on the web site. This was to be a replacement for two previously owned items which had each failed around the hinge area, we chose Shaving Shack design as the hinge illustrated was completely different to the originals unfortunately the item received was identical to the original.
Refund was offered for the item but not postage.

Got into the traditional wet shaving a few years back and Shaving Shack was the place where I bought my starting kit. The shave shack imo is the go to shop for everything a person could want or need for shaving/grooming supplies. Great products, great deals, great discounts' great customer service (should you ever need them). Everything I have bought I could not find cheaper (unless you want to bid then wait on eBay (but that's hit and miss). Can't say a bad word against them.

Cracking company, what others should do as standard and aspire to do. This is the way it should be,

I bought my first double edge razor there and their blog help me a lot to choose the good products.

Later on my second command (with a 10% discount for my birthday!) a product was missing, but a quick mail later, they send the missing product without making a fuss. So real good after sale support too.
